·Angle transmission error (transmission accuracy)
Under light load condition, the motor operates at the required speed. Within the range of one output revolution, continuously collect the grating angle changes at the input and output ends, compare the collected data with the theoretical transmission ratio, and draw the transmission accuracy curve.
·Reverse clearance
Under light load state, make the motor forward drive at the required rotating speed, rotate to the starting position at the output of one revolution, and calculate the reverse clearance of the reducer according to the recorded data.
·No-load operation torque
Torque of input shaft required to operate the reducer without load. Under no load, when the output shaft rotates from 0 to the set speed, read the input sensor torque value repeatedly and draw the input torque and output speed curve.
·Spectrum analyzer for transmission error of input shaft and output shaft.
·Test data can be stored, analyzed, generated curves and test reports, saved as. xls files and printed out.
·Data sampling point ≤ 18000 per revolution.
·Test the transmission chain error and reverse clearance of two reducers at the same time.
