2. Test items
·Transfer error
Make the motor operate at the required speed under no-load condition, continuously collect the angle change of grating at the input and output ends within one revolution of output, compare the collected data with the theoretical transmission ratio and draw the transmission accuracy curve.
·Rigidity and backlash
Fix the input shaft of the reducer, gradually load it to the rated torque from 0 on the output shaft, then gradually unload it and load it to the rated torque in the opposite direction. Record the angle variation of the output shaft in real time during the loading process, draw the hysteresis curve according to the recorded data, and calculate the gear clearance (transmission loss) and spring constant.
·Accelerating starting torque
Step-up starting torque refers to the torque required to start the output shaft. When the input shaft is unloaded, apply a torque larger than the step-up starting torque to the output shaft, and the maximum torque applied to the output shaft at the moment of rotation of the input shaft.
·No-load operation torque
Torque of input shaft required to operate the reducer without load. Under no load, when the output shaft rotates from 0 to the set speed, read the input sensor torque value repeatedly and draw the input torque and output speed curve.
·Efficiency: efficiency
When the reducer operates under load and fixed speed, read the torque and speed signals of input sensor and output sensor for several times continuously, calculate the input power and output power respectively, and the ratio of the two is the efficiency of the reducer.
·Temperature:
Measure the temperature change of different parts of the reducer at the specified speed and load.
